Need to make update of update status info link dinamic

Now we have a menu item "Update info" that shows when db was updated (we have a special count that counts number of minutes till last update.)
Need to think how to show this info all the time, because now we have to click on appropriate item to see it.
So need to rewrite jscript and make update of count without page reloading and clicking on element.
