Filters for HCF and SLA reports

We need to implement filters for SLA and HCF reports. The filters should allow user to filter out bugs specified in report by:
* assignee
* status
* importance
All the filters must support multiple-choice controls, for instance user should be able to select High and Critical bugs.
The assignee filter should provide the list of high level teams (Fuel, MOS Components, MOS Linux, Partners, Unknown) and low level teams (mos-nova, mos-sahara, fuel-python, fuel-ui, etc.). The field should not allow picking individuals, as that way the list will be too big.
