We need a report which covers our activity for both upstream OpenStack and the product. There are two differences from the reports we have now:
* the milestone field does not have sense for this report
* we need to start collecting bugs for the upstream as well
Probably collecting bugs from the upstream frequently does not make sense. We can do it less often then collecting product bugs.
