Need to add information about all bugs for the specific release on page with table MOS+Fuel

We need to add line 'Other' in table with data about bugs for Fuel and MOS, where we will show all bugs without specific tags like 'murano', 'sahara' and etc.

So total in this table seems to be much less than the total amount of bugs assigned to 5.1. It needs to be addressed, so the table reflects reality. It shouldn't be a subset of reality.
