High scores list for the user.

This task is to implement high scores listing. Good idea is to create new app tab where high scores will be displayed.

This requires to add some functionality to js/localStorage.js to insert new score in db and to get all the scores from db from lowest (being the best) to the highest value (worst). Also, a graph representing daily progress could also be implemented.
