More values for show_err

When show_err = 1, TR dies on error. For backward compatibility, this behavior should be preserved. But show_err should be a bitmask, and at least these flags should be added:
* 2: run tear_down
* 4: run after_all_tests
* 8: run on_error if exists
NOTE: this is risky and can't be autotested without macros
