Create a GUI to manage collections of sky images

Allow users of Stellarium to manage sources of imaging data by creating the appropriated GUI dialog.
The dialog would display a list with all the available images collections, allow to activate/deactivate them, to add new ones from an URL/file.
The code for managing the collections is already done in the StelSkyImageMgr class, only the GUI is needed.
Skills needed: C++, Qt, GUI design
Difficulty: pretty easy.
