radio-astronomical supervision addition to the Stellarium

As you look at creation of addition to the Stellarium program containing data of
radio-astronomical supervision, "at sounding of stars and planets" in radio frequency
range transformed to sound range, at that to add these spectrophotometric records from
spacecrafts of space agencies of Europe and the USA, this Astronomical society, the SETI project,
CAO ("sounding in radio frequency range").
