Improved rotation model of the Moon

Registered by gzotti

Currently (as of 0.13) the moon's rotation is modelled very simply. This causes some noticeable mismatch in appearance (libration), increasing for longer time from J2000. E.g. Moon in Neolithic time shows its side.
IAU has better rotation models, this task should be to properly integrate it. See e.g.

In the end it will be interesting to see how well the terminator and lunar limb matches observations.
