Enhanced Location Window

This implementation is simple to achieve. In Stellarium location window could be posible to set a location by clicking on world-map. In this way calculate in auto mode the coordenates marked by mouse click, and filter the list of possibles pre-defined locations based on the nearest ones to the mark by clicking action on the world-map. This is a simple way to enhance the window location and to set a new location easily.
