markers sized proportionally

Hello, if the markers was dimentioned proportionnaly to the size of the object, they should be more easy to find interesting objects for imaging for exemple. Better, as in some other planetarum, the markers could show the contour of diffuse objects in place of a sinple square.

Actually I have already implemented this feature in 0.13.3. In config.ini, in section [astro] just set
flag_nebula_hints_proportional = true

The contours are a very different issue, though.
