A plug-in that provides the GUI for creating and editing constellations. Includes creating asterisms (the easy part) and aligning constellation art images (the hard part). How constellation are defined is described in the Stellarium User Manual, Section 5.9, "Sky Cultures".
It can be superseded by a more complete "Sky culture editor" that provides tools for all-round editing and creation of sky cultures, including creating, editing and translating sky culture description files (simple HTML) and lists of alternative or localised star names.
