Use Case: First time user after installation

1) First time a user starts the application the main window should only consist of a short walkthrough on how to set up a User Profile.

2) After finishing the walkthrough a basic training schedule with some basic activities is added as examples for that user.

3) The application includes a basic set of exercises and activities that can be used.
