Help pages should include links to wikipedia about the human musculoskeletal system

When doing different exercises it's important to know which muscle(s) you're exercising. It would be nice if each exercise could be linked to one or more help pages with static information about specific muscles. Each help page would be about one specific muscle with a few lines of information and an image. To finish each help page a link to respective wikipedia article would be included.

As an example the exercise "Push-ups" would be linked to the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids, with ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis.
