Recruit More Members for StartUbuntu Project

First thing first, we do care about Quality over Quantity. We need active members who can at least give one hour from their time every now and then. We don't need ghost members who just join up and remain silent :)
Also, it is good to have a balance between Quantity and Quality so IMHO, I find it is good idea to keep recruiting more members at the moment :)
