Some Ideas

The Plan as I see it:
* Use Social Media such as
     -facebook : Share our facebook page & use our hashtag whenever I have the chance
     -twitter : using our hashtag we can make some windows users search for ubuntu in google
     -youtube : making videos, educational videos how to use ubuntu ( Install / Setup / Alternative Softwares / Tricks & Hacks )
     -Blogs: Everyone can take advantage of a blog of his or a friend's to share the idea

* Organize events :
     -Media won't hear f us if we remain behind keyboards, we must take the fight to the outside, organize events/workshops to inform ppl that they can change to ubuntu and they can experience a better user-friendly OS
     ===========================================================================================
* Talk with companies/society individuals & convince them to convert ( as I mentioned before, we need arguments, especially when we are dealing with win 10 fans )
