Suggestion for communication
Maybe we could develop a detailed instruction and review of the several distributions in a computer magazin. For instance I'm thinking of magazins like:

http://
they serve more experienced users.
This blueprint could be initiated in a later phase, but could also be used as a early testbed for future communications. Sometimes magazines provide liveCD's to their readers. This could be an opportunity for spreading the message.

[amjjawad] As explained on this Blueprint: https:/
Our job is to spread the word not to write reviews. Our job is marketing more than technical. Our mission is communications more than anything else. We could approach these magazines and ask them to write something about StartUbuntu ... this is the BEST we could do at the moment. Raise awareness ;)
[martijn] I share your view of running out of time. My suggestion is raised due to a misunderstanding of the strategy of startubuntu. especially the term Masterplan suggests a step by step approach. Because the master plan is absent end due to the inactivity I was waiting. I appreciate your more straight forward strategy. The mentioned magazins might be interested, but might aswell want some guidance and content to refer to. Withouth content and successtories communication and adaptation might be difficult to achieve.
But anyhow, I got your message. I'll contact them - and will wether they'll cooperate.
