Coordinator High Availability

In the current version of Stado, the Coordinator is a single point of failure. Since most of the metadata used by the coordinator is static, additional coordinators can be added to the cluster without any adverse performance impact. The metadata only changes during DDL operations so the coordinators can be synchronized at that time.
