Remove concept of persistent storage

Persistent storage is not needed. Actually it stores a cached copy of default data plus info retrieved from github and launchpad. At every change in default data the persistent storage is purged. The same can be achieved by using runtime storage.
The proposal is to store indexes from primary key to items for users, repos and releases.
