Enable Github and Linkedin API for Complementary projects

A great number of developers from Complementary projects don't use corporate emails and have no LaunchPad ids. Nevertheless, they specify their company affiliation in both Github and LinkedIn. It would be nice to provide Stackalytics with the ability to fetch data from these resources for reflecting the real state of things.
