Measure number of days with contribution activity

A new report that shows
1. All users with number of days they contributed something to OpenStack. The report is ordered by number of days descending. Contribution is commit, review, email or blueprint.
2. Man-day effort by companies (sum number of days their engineers contrbuting)
3. Percentage of active days to total (e.g. worked 100 days of 365 -> 27%)
