Capture file types in Stackalytics

Background:

Currently Stackalytics does not capture the statistics of the file types (.sh/.py/.java/html etc) for each Release, Project Type, Module, Company, and Engineer.
1. This will give a quick view on the type of technology (by languages) involved in each Release/Project/Module.
2. This will display the technology (by language) Companies have contributed most on.
3. This will showcase the contribution and proficiency of an Engineer towards the technology (by language).

Proposal:

Implement the logic to analyze and capture the statistics of files by its extensions in the Openstack repository.
