Add the support of Co-Authored-By

As recommended in the wiki [1], the tag co-authored-by in a commit message should be supported by stackalytics.
How to implement it:
A co-author can have contributed to the patchset from different way; ML, IRC, change in the patchset so the plan is to count contribution for both, author and co-author.
