SPODS Secondary Metadata Storage Tree

Have a second tree in the output file that has entries for:

 - input file name
 - output file name
 - spods config file string
 - number of generator events run over (Important!)
 - sum of generator event weights run over (Important!)
 - possibly pdf info
 - possibly process id numbers
