Read AIFF ID3 Tags

I got several AIFF files with ID3 tags somewhere near the end of the file. It would be awesome if SoundConverter would use these for transcoding. As far as i know, the ID3 tags were written by iTunes or other online stores, i'm not sure if anything other out there is writing ID3 tags to AIFF files. Tags in AIFF files are not supported by gstreamer yet. You should file a request on gstreamer's bugzilla.
