Add options for lame qualities and modes in preferences.

In Preferences it would be awesome if the the lame quality options (0-9) and mode settings (s, j, f, d, m, l, r) were available.
I'm able to change it by recompiling SoundConverter with a simple change to gstreamer.py:
cmd = 'lame quality=0 mode=stereo ' # DEPRECATED !
Though, if I want to change the settings, it requires a re-compile. I'm not a programmer so setting this up as an option in Preferences is beyond me. :( But I love your program and its simplicity. Just would rock even more if it had a few more options. :) Thank you for your time and consideration.
