Use error log instead of error popups

This is not about the errors themself but rather how the program handles them.

I started a large batch of files to convert and left it running overnight. When I checked back in the morning it was stopped on an error popup waiting for a responce on about the 15th file. Nothing got converted.

Instead of having a popup for every error the program hits, can they be logged and listed after all the files are checked?

I use the "delete the old file" option and output the converted files to a different folder. Anything that does not get converted will not get deleted so I can go over the errored files myself.

Letting the converter work by itself would be a great help.
