{discnumber} as an option for filename pattern

When converting an album with more than one disc, all tracks are placed in a single folder, resulting in one large folder full of multiple files with the same track number (for example: 1-Hello.ogg, 1-World.ogg). On top of this, when two discs share the same track name and number (which although uncommon, does happen) soundconverter needs to halt in order to ask if the user would like to overwrite the first file. This could be solved by allowing the {discnumber} tag.

It would be nice (in multiple CDs case) to (auto) create folders like CD_1 CD_2, etc.
Of course the naming pattern should be editable (some like Cd1 or CD1 or even CD_1_of_2)
