Add support for backing up a subdirectory/subfile of a configured path

There should be support to backup and restore only parts of the whole configured backup, for example, the whole backup is:
/etc
there should be support to run:
soter backup host:/etc/apache2
or:
soter restore host:/etc/apache2
I think the restore is more important as you may have only corrupted a subsection of the files and why would you want to replace everything?
