Solum's source-to-image stages consists of several tasks which can be modeled as a workflow.
Mistral is a workflow system that can be used to perform such tasks.
This blueprint is concerned with investigating Mistral and understanding its capabilities and limitations
from Solum's use cases.
Outcome of this investigation should be following deliverables:
1) An example POC of using Mistral for Solum's v1 workflow (if Mistral provides appropriate capabilities)
2) If #1 is not possible then a list of missing features in Mistral
