Use barbican as a secure storage

Barbican project implements secure storage for sensitive authentication information like keys and passwords. In Solum we want to use barbican to protect the following sensitive information:
1) service password
2) trusts auth_tokens
Solum should use Barbican service to keep this information, and other similar sensitive/
