Environments

Allow a Solum user to select between multiple Environments for automated deployment of his/her application. The Environment shall be referenced by an Assembly in order to provide additional context for the Model Interpreter to take the desired deployment action. Environments shall be represented as resources to allow our user interface tools to list them, and to allow them to be referenced by a UUID or name rather than by value each time they are needed by an assembly. The cloud operator may decide to restrict access to Environments (ie: only offer existing ones), or to allow users to define their own, and see them as deployment targets when using out UI tools.
