Add trusts to Solum

Keystone provides a trusts mechanism to authenticate request initiated by service on behalf of keystone user. Solum will interact with other OpenStack services like Heat and in order to do this securely the trusts mechanism should be used. Authentication token approach will not work due to short life time for token. Solum can have long term actions and pull like interaction with git, so trusts look right approach for long term solum interactions.
