This would only apply to educational works produced: how would the educational works be governed? A good way to get around this problem is to set guidelines to educational works. I'd be more than happy to write some up, and link to them. Basically, the writers have to have proper credentials, and educational books are encouraged to have several scholars working on them to ensure the best possible quality.

Well this would be maintained by the manager of a book collection, the application is merely a client to these external things, thus saying, we're not the director's persay of the books inflowing .
