Read and write multi-relational data in GraphML and Pajek formats

SocNetV should read and write multi-relational data.
At the moment (version 2.0 released), the user can create multi-relational networks in SocNetV. But when saving the data to GraphML file or exporting to Pajek, only the current relationship is saved. See related bug.
As for reading multirelational data, at the moment only Pajek files are supported.
