SocNetV should read and display package graphs created by apt-cache dotty

apt-cache, the low-level information tool of APT (the package manager of Debian based distros), offers a 'dotty' parameter, which generates package graphs for GraphViz.
SocNetV should read and display those GraphViz package graphs.
dotty does the same job (it needs quite some time to render the graph)...
