Localization preset to automatically select language of choice

Would be nice to be able to create sticks with some "preselected" default configurations
 To me the most significant would be language selection, because language switching via sugar control panel imply at least a little knowledge either of sugar than the default (english) language in order to make the switch.
One approach could be to extend the release mechanism in order to automatically produce more set of images any of the sets already configured to run in a specific language ( Soas-Spanish, Soas-French, Soas-Italian, etc).
It's a very few bits changed in any of them, but this could help to:
- lower the entry step for not-techies potential users (at least it talks a friendly language from the beginning.)
- could be the entry point to allow the set up of language-specific contents bundle to be made available in the standard localized images , like manuals, books, geographical-infosets, that otherwise will burden if added for multiple languiages.
- (maybe) help with download troughtput management n the envisable case of big success...
