Canvas-Based Screenshot Editor

A screenshot editor for Snappy would be a useful addition to allow users to do things such as annotate important areas or blur out private information. This should ideally be vector-based, so a Cairo-based renderer could work well. It may be best to integrate an existing canvas widget, such as goocanvas, though the possibility of this needs to be examined in more detail.
