Documentation of the bug migration process from tracker.labix.org
This blueprint covers the process of migrating bugs from the old tracker to Launchpad.
Bugs will be imported according to the following criteria:
Bugs will be looked at initially in the following order:
1) Bugs marked urgent
2) Bugs marked critical
3) Bugs marked bug
4) Bugs marked wish/feature
They will be scanned for relevancy, quality of problem reporting, supporting data and investigation. Bugs already assigned will be given priority.
If an issue IS migrated to Launchpad it will be marked as resolved in the old tracker and further discussion will proceed in Launchpad.
If an issue IS NOT migrated to launchpad it will be marked as done-review in the old tracker. In this case if the issue is still affecting the user they will have to re-open it in Launchpad with a link to the old tracker and provide an updated status to the team.
Any bug which has been processed using this procedure will be assigned to 'rasker' in the old tracker.
The following header will be appended to issues added to Launchpad:
