Add a plugin architecture to Sloecode

We want to add optional components to sloecode. However, we want to keep sloecode easy to install. This means reducing the number of external dependencies. To this end, we want to develop further components as plugins, rather than hard-coded features. To this end we need a plugin architecture that allows us to develop plugin components for the sloecode UI.
