Search files and folders

Now that 'Pantheon-Files' has a built in functionality to search files, the one place a 'search' option is required is the desktop. Either through wingpanel or slingshot, the ability to search the whole computer should be available right through the desktop, on keystrokes.

There is an app called synapse, which can be used to do this and much more, and it is also very handy since it can do a lot of things than just search for files,
