Add a "Command mode"

Registered by Sergey "Shnatsel" Davidoff

Add a command execution mode, similar to Alt+F2 in Unity: http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2011/03/altf2-returns-to-unity-looking-rather-swish/
Probably should be invoked using a command-line parameter.

Whiteboard

What would this "command mode" imply that already isn't provided for in the default view? --DanRabbit

It should show command history instead of apps by default, and search should show command history and autocompletion in addition to apps. --shnatsel

I think providing a "command mode" should imply that commands are not handled at all by the default view, i.e. no autocompletion and no command execution. What I mean by this is that the "normal mode", as opposed to "command mode" does not display "Run this command…" in search view. --julien-spautz
