Provide the option to automatically detect blank pages of a scan

It would be great if Simple Scan could look at the pages which were scanned in and determine if the page was blank or not. Many times the back of a page in a batch I am scanning contains nothing important. This could be a configurable threshold even; don't keep the page unless it contains at least 10k of data.
