Disintegration of main application

The original SignWriter application was designed as an all in one tool. The disintegration of that application will involve the splitting out of the dictionary code and the creation of three applications which can share data and can be integrated or used as stand alone applications. The creation of a hieroglyph positioning module that can used by all three applications is also required. This will be the first goal of the new system, along with a code tidy before the first source release.
