This branch has been merged first into the trunk-psml branch, for various reasons:
-- The "canned library" functionality is similar (libgridxc, libxc, libpsml, xmlf90).
-- The PSML functionality will need access to libxc in order to be completely general.
-- Having a functioning libgridxc interface will allow the ATOM code to be inserted directly in the Siesta distribution and compiled seamlessly.
