Step Edit on Pattern Editor

"Recording" notes is already possible while the pattern is looping. Additionally we need a step edit mode with a cursor to insert consecutive notes with keyboard, mouse or midi controller while the pattern is not looping. Entering a note with any input method would draw it to the pattern and increment the location cursor with the current note length. A way to add a "blank" note (skip a note) is also required.
