Implement jack midi support to make it possible to connect to synthesizers / DSSI or LV2 hosts which only accept jack midi instead of alsa seq. This blueprint also includes adding jack midi input.

The mastermidibus needs to be made more generic and probably create separate jackmidibus and alsamidibus classes which would realize the midibus interface. This is of course if there is even any sense to keep the current implementation as a base.
