Configurable behaviour for mouse clicks

It should be configurable how notes can be drawn using the mouse. For example you should have to be able to define that a note is drawn with either a single/double click of left or right button, or a combination of both buttons clicked together. Same goes for deletion of notes and some other tasks. However the current behaviour (right + left to draw note etc.) should stay as the default since people have gotten used to it.
