Use up window space when stretched or fullscreen

While you can technically enlarge the seq24 window, currently only the Name input field grows with it. This behaviour would be complemented with the option to 1. keep the original behaviour 2. visually stretch every loop as the window grows 3. fill the screen with as many loops as possible while keeping their original size.
