Seq24

Remember the Midi-Controllername and connect automatic

I use seq24 in combination with lmms. It works fine, but i have to connect seq24 with lmms-midi everytime, cause the midiports are changing. It would be nice, if seq24 remember the name of the MidiController (e.g. Erazzor) and then, if the midiport changed, seq24 connect again to the MidiController with the name Erazzor.

Try using manual alsa ports:
-m, --manual_alsa_ports: seq24 won't attach alsa ports
